Sandra Denise Schlaupitz, born in La Paz Bolivia. In 1999 Sandra made the decision to sell her bakery business to immigrate with her three children and join her mother in the United States. Ultimately Sandra made Naples, FL her new home. Soon after, Sandra joined the real estate industry to support her family and pursue her own dreams. Gaining her U.S. citizenship Sandra never abandoned her roots and became an advocate for the Hispanic community, her mission was to help others achieve the American dream of home ownership.
With the downturn in the real estate market in 2007, Sandra reinvented herself and the services she provided to the Hispanic community. During this time Sandra achieved her Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR®) certification and Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®) designation. With her newly acquired skills Sandra organized local focus groups to find innovated solutions to prevent families from losing their homes, protecting their investments and can be credited with over 250 short sales and loan modification. As the market began to recover Sandra was able to shift her focus and became a key contributor for local Naples investors to build investment portfolios.
Today Sandra has earned her Associate’s Degree in Legal studies from Hodges University, paralegal certification with a concentration in immigration law. With her formal education, training and twenty-year experience Sandra has developed a solid acumen in; Negotiations, Real Property, Rentals, Buyer, Seller and Investor representation, making her a premier real estate professional.
